How do I close out an account? (edited)

Question

On 9/26/18, my investment account changed my retirement interest sweep deposit option from a Savings Bank RSDA to a MMR RSDA.  When I use on-line update, Quicken is withdrawing the interest from the (correct/current) MMR RSDA and depoiting the same amount into the old, and zeroed out Savings Bank account.  How do I correctly close out the old Savings Bank account and get the deposit entered into the new MMR account?

I have a few questions to help understand what could be happening.

How is this occurring? Do you have a scheduled transaction set up that transfers the money from one account to the savings account?

Is this account still active and downloading?
