After Reconciling, Payment Screen No Longer Pops Up

After reconciling my credit card statement, Quicken used to pop up a payment window so I could pay the bill directly. That stopped happening about two months ago (I'm on the latest version). Did I miss a setting where somehow this changed, or is it a product bug?

Click Edit > Preferences > Alerts & Messages > Reset Quicken Warnings
