I have 19 Quicken logos on my screen how do I tell which is the most recent and how can I delete the ones I don't need?

RIGHT click on each icon. Then click PROPERTIES. Does the resulting box look like this?
OR, does it look like this?
The former is the icon for your Q program. DON"T DELETE IT! If it says this, what does it say in the TARGET field?
If the latter, it's either your current Q data file ... or a backup. A backup will have ".QDF-backup" as the file suffix.
What does your's say? And what are the associated dates with these backup files/
