How can I get rollovers to start at a current date and not include past amounts?

I'd like to start rollovers in my budget for this month and going forward. Currently if I turn on a rollover it pulls all the amounts going back several months, which I don't want.

I suggest you consider setting the budgeted amounts for last month so that there isn't an amount to rollover.  Another approach would be to create a new budget that starts in the current month.
