I cannot download prices for a mutual fund

I have a new security that is marked in the security list to receive download quotes when updates occur. It does not update, while all other securities do. I have double checked the ticker symbol. When I try to download the historical prices through the security detail view, this security does not show up in the list of available securities

    @UKR:  FYI  Security type = Market index should be valid for quote downloads.  That is how the true market indices values are downloaded.  Securities with type = Market Index are usually filtered from (prevented for) transaction entries like buys and sells.
