For several weeks one of my financial institutions fails to update. The error is CC502. Last week I was on the phone with a Quicken technician for an hour as he tried to resolve the issue. He finally quit saying he would pass the problem to someone else and they would e-mail me. On Monday, the 16th, I called and was promised I would hear from someone the next day. So far no word from Quicken. I am about ready to give up on Quicken, despite having used it for 20+ years.
