Why are online bills being added again after I pay them?

Very often, I pay a scheduled bill early (I am a good citizen!) and the next time I open Quicken and update accounts, the already paid bills will be added again as unpaid. I attached a screenshot showing this.

    If you aren't already, I suggest you use the bill reminder to enter bill transaction in the register.

    I do use bill reminder, but this issue is mostly with online bills
