Just recently, clicking on the "Help > Check for Updates" in Quicken for Windows results in a error message:
"Unknown Error"
There's nothing wrong with my Internet connection.
I am currently running Quicken for Windows Home & Business Year 2020 Version R23.17 Build 27.1.23.17.

Hello @TinkerTony
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
If you are still needing assistance with this unknown error when checking for updates in Quicken, I would start with uninstalling using the QcleanUI utility and then reinstalling the Quicken application.
