How do I add a saved report?

ie, I have an account named Client trust and under that account I have account list of 30-40 individuals. They are under Reports, My Reports Saved and Graphs. I need to add a new individual. Can you tell me how to do this. I have done this before and know it is simple but for some reason I can't figure it out and need to add more individuals before the end of the year. Thank you!
