I lost my password for my quicken 2015, and I want to put 2015 on my new computer. It keeps asking
for the PW. It shows my ID. When I click lost password, I get an error page. I got to another page that shows my ID, the instructions says it will email me with a code, but my page does not have that. It says it will call me or text me. I don't have a smart phone, even if I did, there is no place to put a phone# on the page. How do I change my password, if I don't know the old one?
