Why can't I track a non-US market index?

Because Quicken did not pay for that index to be included in the quote feed?

There are lots of indices available if you enter "ind" or "inde" without the quotes in the ticker search and then click on Additional matches and the Indices tab. Maybe you can find what you are looking for there.

My favorite is the S&P 500 Total Return under ticker index:spxt, which does not show up in the search at all for me. The ticker search is definitely a little funky.

Thanks Jim, but mine's not listed there either. Guess I'll have to do it manually.

Thanks, that'll work. Not as convenient as downloading quotes, but certainly better than manually typing!

The in-product Help has good instructions on the acceptable formats. Depending on your source data, it may take a little manipulating in Excel to get it into a usable format.
