Blank Quicken ID password screen

When I try to do an account update I keep getting a blank screen asking for my Quicken ID password.

Hi @bill1949 ,
If your Quicken User ID, is not filled it, then your Quicken Data File does not yet, have you signed in.

If you haven't already, I suggest you reset the Quicken ID associated with the data file: https://www.quicken.com/support/im-unable-change-quicken-id-when-signing0

None of this helped, thanks anyway. The screen I get when I try to update says enter my quicken ID password but there are no entry blocks, everything else is just blank. I had this problem before and there was a download that fixed it until 2020 came along but I can't find it again.0
