Yes it does, but Win7 stops all Microsoft support on the 20th of this month. You plan on staying with an unsupported OS?

If history says anything, subscription Quicken will be modified in some near future release that will prevent it from running on Win7 after MS stops supporting it.

The same thing happened with WinXP and Vista.

yeah - I'd probably still be on Win98 if not for Quicken changing the installer to test and reject installation on certain OS versions.... leaped to XP - for same reason - but now on Win10 when MS was pushing it for free awhile ago -
