New user...Just starting Quicken and not having much confidence with the program since every account (bank, credit card, etc) I try to add abruptly shuts down the Quicken program completely after entering in the identification code from my account provider (ie. Chase, USAA, etc).
Reviewing "Adding Chase Accounts to Quicken" at

The Quicken program crashes after clicking OK on Step 5 under "Quicken for Windows"

Hello @stevebju,

What version/release of Quicken are you using? You can find that by going to Help>About Quicken. Also, please see this FAQ for details on adding more information to your post so that other Community members are best able to assist you.
If you have not already done so, I suggest performing a QcleanUI, following the steps outlined here.
Please note that the QcleanUI process can be complex. You may consider reaching out to Support for assistance if any of the steps feel uncomfortable to you.
Let us know how it goes!
