This is my first time of rolling into a new year with Quicken. When setting up my budget for 2020 I didn't realize that I was still in the 2019 budget and I zeroed out all the accumulated data. Is there any way I can recover the information?

I suggest you restore a backup saved before you made the change: select File > Backup and Restore > Restore from Backup File...5

Thanks for your quick response. I followed your suggestion and found my way to the backup files. Having never done this I'm hesitant to "Choose" the file. Will I have the chance to review the file before it is inserted to my live files?0

No, a restore completely overwrites your existing file. If you have concerns, backup your current file before proceeding, but give it a unique name for easy retrieval if necessary. Restored files is a common and standard way to back out of many situations.
