Error occurring on December 13th
Is Quicken EVER going to fix my program so I can direct connect with my bank as I had been doing for the past 15-20 years!? They told me on December 13th that they would get back to me with the fix. I'm still waiting. Error http 500 I think it was occurred when I was prompted to download an update! Haven't been able to do any banking since then!! I called support and was on the phone for more than one hour. They made me download the new Quicken starter. That is so bad and I still can't direct connect. And I'm still waiting for the Quicken response!!
