There are a number of reports available. Click on "Reports" in your menu bar and take your pick.

Don't overlook the "Easy Answer" report which will let you generate a report on "On much did I spend on?" - "How much did I pay to?" etc;

And you can set the date range for the reports so that it ends on 12/31.
