What's the operating system on your phone? And from what site did you download the Q Mobile App?

Lastly, are you aware that the full Q product can't run on ANY phone.

The Mobile app is free ... so give it a try.  It won't cost you anything but a bit of time.

And, it's not "my product".  I'm another user ... and a volunteer.

For just tracking stocks - I like the FIDELITY App - you don't have to have a Fidelity acct, just enter all the symbols and it will keep a nice list & heat map.

Lastly, to be able to use the Quicken Mobile App - you have to have a Quicken User ID and also have purchased and installed the Quicken desktop software program.
