Online bill for AT&T does not update

I have been having a problem with my online bill from AT&T lately as it does not get updated. I removed the bill reminder and tried to recreate it but not I get a message that states "You've already added a biller (0) whose details match the biller you are trying to add". How can I fix this and get the to update from the biller website again? I am able to login to the biller website without any problems.
