Report column

I contacted support 3 times today because I have some saved reports on my Quicken file and I was able to expand or make a little bit bigger the columns on the report to show all the information in the memo. Now every time that I want to print my report, it never saves the column changes. We found out with the third representative that Quicken is capable of doing such changes and saving it for another time but when we tried creating other reports, both on her and my Quicken, it then did not save the column changes. We tried changing some preferences on the program, making changes to saved reports and creating new reports and they just don't save the column changes like previous Quicken versions used to. And it is not that Quicken cannot do that, there is something not working properly on the program. Is there a fix for this or can somebody escalate it to have it fixed?
