My reports fail to pick up one of my categories even though I have checked it.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Is this a budget report? The budget reports are pre-filtered to include only the accounts and categories you have selected for your budget on the Planning > Budgets page.
Also just to check
-- Are the account(s) where these transactions occur included in the report?
