I purchased Quicken 2019. I have not receoved sign in code yet.

You would need to ask that question of the vendor that you bought from. If you bought from Quicken.com, there isn't an activation code, your purchase is automatically activate at the time of purchase, so you just need to download the installation program from Quicken.com and install it.
