Where is the Home Inventory tab to open

I just went to Programs to install the home inventory part of quicken. Cannot find the property debt tab to open the home inventory. Can you help

Once installed, at the top, using Classic Menus, click Property & Debt. Look down and click Home Inventory Manager. For Windows 7, 8.1 or 10, after locating Home Inventory Manager, to install, you need to highlight it. Right-click and click Run as administrator to install it.

Look for a file named "QHI.EXE" in Quicken directory. Click on it and the program will install by itself in Quicken.
