We have Quicken 15. We just bought the updated Quicken 19. When I am trying to backup 15 it says unable to open file. How do I back up what I have on 15 and transfer it to the 19 on a new computer?

How are you trying to do that backup? And what's the EXACT wording of the error message that you're getting? Any error codes associated with it?A picture of the error message (using Win's Snipping Tool, in your Win Accessories folder) can be attached here via the "paper with a folded corner" icon, above.
