How can I automatically update data without a requesting a security code?

You didn't give many details. But, due to the need for heightened security measures, more banks are requiring this for anything that accesses their servers. This includes Quicken. As a result, some banks now require you to use a code to continue downloading transactions/data.5

Thanks For your response. I was just wondering if due to the fact that the information was only going one way i.e. from the bank to quicken, that they would not require a security code.0

The data may be going one way in terms of Quicken, but that access to their servers might provide otherwise. That is why the financial institution is concerned. (And rightly so.)0

So no matter which process I use, Quicken Connect, Direct Connect or Web Connect, they all require security code requests?0

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community, although I apologize that you haven't received a follow-up response.
At any point do you receive an option to enter the security code that is being sent from the bank?
Also, may I ask that you provide the name of the financial institution that this is occurring with.
