Hiding a security in the security list does not take it off of the portfolio page!!

The security has a new name or class. The old one has no shares. Clicking hide in the Security list doesn't remove it from Portfolio listi.

On Portfolio page - Top right side - see Options & Click arrow to find option to open or close lots. I don't know if it was recently added or we just didn't find it. Works great!

Hiding a security in the Security list only hides it from selection lists, not from reports or Portfolio views.

In the Portfolio views as @Cookiej points out, you can control whether closed lots are shown. You can also customize the views and reports to control which securities are included.
