What version of Quicken are you trying to import into, @David Weinshel ? Could it be an older version that doesn't know about tax year 2019?

If you haven't already, you may want to upgrade to R24.11 as this update's release notes state that it addresses an issue preventing the import of TurboTax 2019 Files.
