I am having trouble getting the web app to download my NC State Employees Credit union accounts.

I am having trouble getting the web app to download my NC State Employees Credit union accounts. I get a message that says swipe to fix but when I do it says quicken is having trouble contacting the bank. The accounts download fine in quicken for windows.
