Balance Forecast is wildly wrong

My balance forecast is about $100,000 too high. Should it not match the running balance at least somewhat? I should have the incoime in there, but its acting like there is another $100,000 in income that I cannot account for. I need to balance forecast to be at least in the ballpark

Thank you for taking the time to share the details of this issue with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
The Projected Balances that appear in the Mobile App should mirror the "Ending Balance" amount in the Quicken desktop software. The Ending Balance amount will include any uncleared transactions and any entered bill/income reminders.
If you have elected to show upcoming Bill/Income reminders in the register for the account on the desktop software, the Projected Balances will also include any upcoming reminders that have not yet been entered.
May I ask, if you open the Quicken desktop software and go to the register view for the account(s) - does the Ending Balance amount match the amount displayed in the Mobile App?
If not, is the discrepancy still about $100,000 off? Or a different amount?
Lastly, do you have the option to show upcoming reminders in the register turned on?
If you aren't sure, this can be checked by clicking the Clock icon in the upper right side of the register view
