Why is Quicken crashing when opening?

I installed latest update and now Quicken crashes every single time I try to open. I get a report that is meaningless to me so don't know how to fix.

If the Quicken does not crash if you open it while pressing the Ctrl key, I suggest you restore a recent backup file:  https://www.quicken.com/support/advanced-data-file-troubleshooting-correct-problems-quicken-windows

Thank you. Quicken would not open while holding the Ctrl key down. Nor did restoring latest backup. I had to use qcleanui-uinstall quicken and that has worked.
