Investment Accounts Stop Accepting Transactions

One account with direct connect to Vanguard has stopped receiving transactions.
Should I use the reset account option in the online services for that account?
Since we do not use the investment accounts for performance tracking, I could delete entire account and set up again? Thoughts

Don't delete the account.
Are you sure there are transactions to download? Sometimes it takes a few days for them to settle.
Is the account still selected in your One Step update settings? If not, select it and try updating again.
If that doesn't work, try the reset account. This should not cause any trouble, but just in case back up your data file first.
