I cannot sign in to my Quicken.
I keep getting emails and a red line across the top of the page last time I could get in saying the subscription was not renewed. The Discover charge was posted Jan9 but no activation.
I have called more than once and nobody seems to be able to fix the problem. Looking for suggestions of where to go or what to do to get in.

I suggest you sign-in to with the Quicken ID at quicken.com and confirm if the subscription is Active. If Quicken is not active, perhaps you activated a different account. Quicken Support should be able to help. If it is active, I suggest you reset the Quicken ID associated with the data file: https://www.quicken.com/support/im-unable-change-quicken-id-when-signing5
