How do I correct the following message when I sync Quicken to the Cloud?

The desktop transaction in <b> "Flagship Checking XX9817" </b> on <b> "12/23/2019" </b> for </b> was not synced.
Invalid id 4788 for parameter coa.id.
This message has appeared sinc June 2019. The other invalid parameter is 4787.
