Mobile & Web Sync Error CC-501

I have recently created a new file and successfully setup One-Step Update for my bank, credit cards, etc. But when I setup Mobile Web sync I get an error message (CC-501) for the bank ONLY (all other accounts were successfully setup and sync). Yet when I connect to One-Step Update that bank downloads correctly with no issues. Have tried several times over days with no success. Suggestions??.

    This will need a review of the logs files to determine the root cause of the issue and may require an escalation.
