How do I delete a Quicken Data File from my Cloud Account?

While trouble shooting a previous issue, Quicken Support resources had me create a Quicken Data File called "Test". I did that, and have resolved the previous issue, but the "Test" Data file remains across my Quicken landscape.

I have deleted the data file and removed reference to it in my Quicken Windows Desktop app, but reference to it still appears in my Web Account and within my mobile app.

I have synced to the cloud since I purged the account from my Desktop App, but this appears to have no impact on its existence on the web or mobile platforms.

Is there a way to remove a "Test" Quicken Data File from my landscape? I can find no option via web or mobile
