Transactions and categories missing from year-end report.

Upon examining my year-end report for 2019, I noticed a number of transactions and entire categories were missing from the report. I checked the customization to confirm that all accounts and categories were included in the report. Any suggestions?

    More details, please.
Do you use Quicken Mac or Quicken for Windows? US or Canadian version?
What version, edition level and release of Quicken are you using?  Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?

What report are you working with?
Did you create a new report from scratch (from the Reports Menu) or did you reuse a Saved Report, saved in a prior version of Quicken?

How about giving us some examples of missing data: what categories are missing? Might those categories be marked as hidden or perhaps not properly marked as taxable with tax line items?

Quicken Deluxe for Windows. US version. Version R24.11. Windows 10. Itemized Categories by Year. Reused a Saved Report. Social Security category is missing for me, but my wife's category is showing up on the report.
