When I download credit card transactions Quicken logs off

I download credit card transactions on my Windows Quicken 2020 subscription. With every credit card the transactions are entered on my Quicken but the file logs off automatically. It is irritating. No a huge problem. Any ideas what I should do, other than keep re-opening Quicken?
