Quicken Classic for Mac
Paying Bills, eBills & Scheduled Transactions (Mac)
PRINT in the Check # box disappears when I sync. Why?
susan.cassagne
When I enter a bill to be paid, I enter PRINT in the Check # box. When I sync, PRINT disappears and, therefore does not show up to be printed when I go to print checks.

Hello
@susan.cassagne
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
I am able to recreate this issue, I see this in my Quicken when I have Sync to Mobile active.
Do you sync to the mobile or web app at all? If not, you may be able to work around this for the time being by turning off mobile sync.
To turn off mobile sync, go to Quicken > Preferences > Mobile Web & Alerts.
I have gone ahead and reported this issue.
Thank you,

Hello
@susan.cassagne
There is a new version of Quicken for Mac available, 5.14.3.
This includes a fix for the sync function wiping out the word "PRINT."
Please open Quicken and go to File > Save a Back-Up.
Then navigate to Quicken > Check for Updates to install the new version.
Thank you,
-Quicken Tyka
