Software Update STILL jacks the Budget

Upgrade to R24.11 build 27.1.24.11 changed the budget. I had posted something about this last year, the issue was 'closed' but not resolved. I don't understand how a software update CHANGES MY DATA. An update should NEVER change the data.

1) PLEASE add an option to turn off automatic upgrades. I would like to turn it off until you fix this "feature".
2) PLEASE fix this issue.

    To prevent Quicken from automatically applying an update, I suggest you set Windows UAC settings appropriately.
