I bought the program on line and do not know hat to do now. There are no instructions

To install Quicken on the new computer, I suggest you download and open:
https://download.quicken.com/windows/Quicken.exe
If you haven't already, you may want to review:
https://www.quicken.com/support/windows/install-and-update#windows

Go to Quicken.com and signin to MyAccount (upper right), the next screen will have the link for your download.

Sign in to My Account using your Quicken ID/Password on quicken.com. Towards the bottom it should say Download Quicken. Click either Download for Windows or Download for Mac.
