How to delete or remove unwanted Quicken files with Windows 10?

I have instructions on removing unwanted Quicken files when I had Windows 7, Now I've upgraded to Windows 10 very recently. How would I do the same after the upgrade to 10?

What sort of "unwanted" files are you talking about?  The purpose of SOME might not be apparent to you ... but they're still necessary.  They're just appearing in some place other than where you want them.
