Transferred shares to new brokerage account and shares do not show up

It shows as a place holder transaction in both new and old accounts, but how do I clear the placeholder? Other shares came across but on company did not. Nothing in the "placeholders" tab in either account. Still shows in old account, but not in new.
How do I clear this transaction?
