why can I not reconcile my account? the key at the bottom is not highlighted to click on.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your question.
To reconcile an account, choose an account from the left-hand side.
Selecting a "grouped" heading such as Banking or Credit Card will result in a greyed out reconcile as multiple accounts cannot be reconciled at once.

Do you use Quicken Mac or Quicken for Windows? US or Canadian version?
What version, edition level and release of Quicken are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?

I was using an older version which I got along well with. I just upgraded yesterday and cannot reconcile my January bank statement. Reconcile at the bottom is not highlighted. I use quicken Mac OS Catalina.0
