Quicken returns CC-505 error for Ally account and CC-501 error for Chase account

I'm getting CC-501 and CC-505 errors. I've called support and they want me to share my screen with someone in South America. I don't feel comfortable with that. Is there another fix?

    I would suggest waiting a day or 2 when they will probably clear it up.
