Quicken returns CC-505 error for Ally account and CC-501 error for Chase account

I'm getting CC-501 and CC-505 errors. I've called support and they want me to share my screen with someone in South America. I don't feel comfortable with that. Is there another fix?

If you haven't done so already please take a moment to review the steps and information available here for the CC-505 error.
As well as the information available here for the CC-501 error.
If both of these errors have continued to persist after waiting 24 hours, support will need to be contacted to correct the issue.
