How to change budgeted income

I just started using the budget function in the Home & Business version of Quicken 19. I've got a good handle on setting up and now adjusting expenses now that I've gone through one month end. However, what I can't figure out is how to change the projected income values in the budget. What am I missing?

The process is the same for both expenses and income. Keep in mind that budget adjustments can only be done at the category and sub-category levels. The highest level "Personal Income" cannot be edited as it is simply a roll-up off what is included at the category and sub-category levels. If you are not seeing an income category or sub-category in the budget that you want to see and adjust you should click on the "Manage Budget Categories" button at the top right of the budget screen. Make sure all the categories you want in the budget are checked. You can also uncheck those categories that you don't want in the budget.Let me know if this doesn't address the issue you are having.
