TXF export not doing anything

When I click the "Export TXF..." button or use File > Export Tax Report... , nothing happens. I have followed all the step in the onlne help window.

However when I tried it this morning it worked. Perhaps rebooting helped. Thanks for your reply.

What version of Quicken are you running? And what version of macOS?

Mac OS 10.15.3 (19D76), Q 2020 Version 5.14.3 (Build 514.31897.100)
