How to adjust dates on register?

After downloading transactions from my bank and viewing the register, I can only view 6 months of previous year. I have tried all options including custom. Nothing works. Please help.

Was this your 1st download of your bank transactions? If so, that is because most financial institutions limit the number of transactions that can be downloaded. Most limit it to the most recent 3-6 months although some limit it up to the most recent 9 months.
There is nothing you can do about this from within Quicken. You can check your bank website to see if you can manually download a QFX file for a date range for earlier dates. If so, then download that file from your bank website and open it with Quicken.
