    Hi @GeofS ,

What is the operating system of the old computer? Do you still have access to the old computer?

What is the operating system of the New computer?

If you don't have the installation files, you can't transfer Quicken 2007, because it won't run.

Thank you to Sherlock and volvogirl for their suggestions to move to 2013. I will try that as soon as I figure out where to find version 2013 to download.

    Regarding the questions from thecreator:
The old computer was running Windows XP; the new one is running Windows 10. The old computer is dead but I do have its hard drive mounted in an external dock and have full access to it.

I have installed v2013 and converted the data, and it seems to be running fine.
Thanks to Sherlock and volvogirl for the guidance.
