How do I remove a biller with an error stating that Quicken no longer supports this biller?

I remove the biller but it doesn't go anywhere.

    If the bill remains in the file after attempting to remove it, I would recommend contacting support directly for assistance.

    Support has the tools to review the online biller profile to determine the issue.
