Added a new file in Quicken, synced it several times. However, not showing in Mobile or Web

I have added a new file in Quicken and have synced it several times. However, when I go to my mobile app or to the online version, that file is not there. I have a choice of two older files. How do I get the new file to sync to the mobile app?

I had the same issue, you will need to check the mobile tab on the desktop version and see if your accounts appear there. The other thing is make sure the new file is set up with the same username and password, or the APP will not recognize it no matter what you do, unless you sign in with that other UN/PW combo.5

As mentioned - all have to be using the same Quicken User ID and password -
Check..... Edit --> Preferences --> {scroll to bottom} Cloud Accounts --> click to display0
